With standard shipping, it usually takes around 5 days for your order to arrive. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need your order earlier.

Can I pick my art type/font/background color/etc.?

Yes! We know you want your pet portrait to be purrfect, and our artists will help you through the design process. If you have a specific need or customization, please contact us here.

What sizes do you offer for portraits?

Our pet art comes in four sizes, from A1 to A4 (portrait orientation) for single pet portraits. Two- or three-pet portraits will come in landscape orientation. If you have a sizing need not listed here, please reach out to us!

Can I revise my pet portrait?

Absolutely! We’ll want you to be happy with your Pup.Art. All our art includes unlimited revisions for complete peace of mind before we print and ship your approved pet art masterpiece.

What resolution is the digital download?

It is a 300dpi file.

Do your pet phone cases actually protect my phone?

Our Custom Pet Phone Cases are designed to be strong and stable. We use high quality rubber materials that protect your phone from damage, even if dropped.

What frames do you use for portraits?

Our frame materials include high quality perspex glaze which lends itself to a polished satin finish. Frames are delivered fully assembled with a hanger—No assembly required!

Can I put multiple photos together for a 2- or 3-pet portrait?

Yes. Our digital artists can combine individual pet photos to create a multi-pet portrait.

Can I print out the Digital Put.Art copies myself?

Yes you can. Our Digital Put.Art allow you to print pet portraits at home, although to ensure higher resolution and quality, we recommend going through a professional printer.

When can I get my Digital Pup.Art?

Digital Pet Art can be compiled and emailed to you in 1-3 days.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

We use high-quality packing materials to make sure your order is not damaged. However, if this does occur, contact us immediately and we will ship you a replacement at no charge.

Do you do pet art with more than 3 pets?

Yes. Please contact us if you want to include more than 3 pets in your Pup.Art.

Part of my pet’s photo is cut off; can you create a portrait that fills in the gaps?

Yes, our artists are creative and can happily add in any missing parts (tail, legs, etc.) to make sure your fur baby’s photo is complete.

I want to change my pet photo, but I already submitted an initial one. Can I send this photo, too?

We charge a small fee of US$15 if one of our artists has already started working on your portrait.

Does the gold trim option come with metallic gold?
