Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We provide standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
Express shipping is also available for an extra fee at checkout for certain products. 

You can expect your order to arrive within 5-8 business days of order completion for standard shipping. 

However, pet art blankets and pillows require special sublimation machines which are based in the USA so shipping timeframes are longer for these product types. 

All shipping timeframes per product type are found at checkout before a purchase is made, and are also emailed to customers with their order receipt.
